[ TUTORIAL ] How to transfer files from or to android in Manjaro XFCE over wifi?

In Manjaro, we can easily transfer files from or to Android using KDE Connect. First, install the application on both computer ( available in appcenter ) and Android. Then connect your computer and android in same network.

DESKTOP

Open KDE Connect. Then pair it.

ANDROID

There will be a notification kde connect to ask permission to pair. Click Accept.

Then the kde connect desktop will change like this :

And you can start the file transfer.

If you want to send files from android to computer, just select the file > click the share icon > select KDE Connect.

If you want to send a file from your computer to android, simply select File > Send To > Send via KDE Connect.

The file will be saved in the Downloads folder.
